KMS Tools is really two buildings in one: a showroom where customers read small print on packaging, and a warehouse where staff move stock on ladders and forklifts. Each half needs different light and different power.
Up front, continuous rows keep the aisles evenly lit with no dark ends. In the back, the high-bay layout was roughed in during construction so the racking could go up without rework — the cheapest electrical problem is the one solved before the drywall.
