This building hosts an event hall one night and a kids’ program the next morning, with quiet reading corners in use all week. The wiring had to serve all of it without the space feeling institutional.
The renovation gave us a clean slate to lay out lighting zone by zone: bright and even where people gather, warm and low in the nooks. The kitchen was wired to commercial appliance loads, and life-safety got the same attention as the feature lighting — exit paths, emergency fixtures, and clearly labelled panels for volunteers who need to find a breaker fast.
